Ivana is an accomplished corporate strategist and marketer. Her marketing and product plans have created millions of dollars of revenue opportunities for the companies she has worked with. Ivana’s achievements in the area of web development and online strategies, including email marketing, affiliate programs, ecommerce, online advertising and search engine optimization, are a significant asset to her clients for increasing web traffic and conversions.

Ivana holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University (BC) and an MBA from Stanford University (CA).
Jennifer Gant
The right arm of the team, Jennifer is energetic, organized and resourceful. Specializing in business and management consulting, Jennifer brings to MISCI group marketing and our clients, 21 years experience in project management, strategic planning, business development and sales management.
As a Business Development Manager, Pacific Region, Jennifer developed strategies to enhance client referrals between business lines at a major national financial institution. Jennifer’s strategic approach led to increased sales results, improved referral quality and a turnaround in the company’s relationship management practices. Previously, Jennifer was a Branch Manager leading a team of 20+ sales staff to achieve business goals. She managed a $250MM operation and was actively involved in sales management, budget and expense control and employee development.
In 2005, Jennifer left the corporate world to begin her consulting career. Jennifer’s expertise gives her a unique ability to project manage a diverse client base. She enjoys her work and finds the opportunity of partnering with clients and helping them achieve their business goals extremely rewarding. Jennifer has a passion and flare for writing and creating client’s messaging.
Jennifer holds a BA in English with a minor in German.
Nicole Ridgedale
Communications Strategist and Writing Professional
Nicole Ridgedale is a communications professional with a proven track record in marketing for over 15 years. She has played a key role in increasing exposure and brand awareness while working with top high tech companies and individual clients. These include NICE Systems, a worldwide market leader in data recording trading on the NASDAQ, and Fincentric, a financial software provider named one of BC's 100 fastest growing companies during her time there.
Nicole now partners with MISC Group Marketing and other marketing firms to serve clients, both as a professional writer who can turn out compelling and fresh ideas to communicate with any audience, and as a communications strategist with an integrated approach to executing first-rate marketing campaigns and creating superior communication tools.
Nicole works across industries with clients of all sizes and scope. Using her honed marketing and project management skills, Nicole has led many marketing and creative teams through concept to creation, resulting in leads, sales, followers, and greater awareness for the client.
Claudia Castro
Claudia, the team’s customer service advocate, has been a marketing communications and customer service professional for 14 years. She has participated in the implementation of strategic marketing communications and public relations programs for companies like Honda and Unilever.
Claudia started as a publicist for a National Newspaper and worked her way up in the Sales and Marketing Department. During this period, she successfully identified business development opportunities and became the top sales executive. Her energy, work ethic and people skills allowed her to build strong relationships with corporate clients that resulted in repeat business.
Claudia posses strong organizational, motivational and time management skills. A champion for customer service, Claudia believes sales and service representatives must have the right set of tools and knowledge that will help them succeed. Working with national organizations, Claudia has created and executed coaching plans and modular training sessions and provided recommendations on training gaps and trends.
Claudia is a professional and supportive individual that enjoys new challenges and is passionate about providing World Class Customer Service. She truly believes that the Customer is First and has a “what ever it takes” attitude to get the job done in a creative and timely manner. Ms Castro holds a B.A. in Communication Science with emphasis in corporate communications and marketing. She has also taken several courses in leadership and sales.
Patrick Cotter
Patrick Cotter, as a writer, is like the musician who can play every instrument in the band. He writes ad copy, scripts, websites, feature stories, plays, brochures, poetry, etc. He takes good care of his imagination, making sure it gets daily exercise and proper nutrition from other writers, musicians, painters, nature, experience and dreams, among other sources of inspiration.
